University Animal Clinic

University animal clinic out of Sarasota, FL, is our FIRST ground-up facility in the state! Five years ago, our team opened its second office in Tampa, FL, and has since completed numerous tenant improvements and interior buildouts in and around the area. In 2024, Dr. Samanowitz and her husband were ready to take the next step in practice ownership and move forward with opening a brand-new, stand-alone facility down the street from their previous location.

Their new build that spans over 6,000 square feet includes:

• Enhanced surgical, dental, and radiology wards for top-notch medical care
• Separate dog and cat waiting rooms to make every visit stress-free
• A dedicated exotic animal suite for non-traditional furry, scaly, or feathered friends
• Modernized exam rooms for an upgraded client experience
• A private parking lot makes visits more convenient.
• Dedicated isolation and comfort rooms with direct access from outside
