Project Description
RWE Design Build brought the vision for Prime Veterinary Center to life with a 9,000-square-foot ground-up veterinary facility in North Aurora, Illinois designed around advanced care, efficient workflow, and an elevated client experience.
The facility incorporates 11 exam rooms, three procedure spaces, a central treatment area, CT and MRI capabilities, pharmacy, reproduction lab, isolation rooms, quiet wards, and dedicated patient wards. Thoughtful adjacencies connect diagnostic, treatment, and support areas to help the veterinary team move efficiently throughout the facility.
In the client-facing spaces, RWE integrated expansive windows, natural stone, warm wood finishes, custom millwork, layered lighting, and a contemporary fireplace to create a welcoming environment that feels warm rather than clinical.
The result is a modern veterinary center that brings together sophisticated design, durable materials, advanced clinical capabilities, and an efficient layout designed to support both clients and the veterinary team.
