Lauren Pasindo
Director of Design
With a passion for all things design, Lauren joined our team in 2019 to lead the design division of RWE. She brings more than 6 years of experience and oversees the strategic design process to create high-performance, thoughtful and innovative workplaces.
Before joining RWE, Lauren worked for Darcy Bonner & Associates, and Interior Investments as a healthcare designer. She is also well-versed in hospitality and high-end residential design. One of Lauren’s accomplishments to date is executing the design of a multi-million dollar residency in Trump Tower in Chicago.
Lauren graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Interior Design from Harrington College of Design, and her expertise will provide RWE’s veterinary, medical, and dental clients with unique and beautiful spaces that fit the clients’ needs.
