Vice President of Design

Leslie’s passion is bringing the built environment to life, making meaningful and humanizing spaces. With over two decades of Healthcare Architectural and Interior Design experiences she is passionate about leading, developing and empowering design team members and strategic design partners to create healing environments for delivering diagnosis, treatment and care.

She sets the stage for and supports our Team in working alongside Veterinarian Healthcare Partners and their stakeholders to co-create modern facilities that reflect their collective mission and healing philosophy. Leslie is responsible for the Growth of the design department at RWE Design Build. Leslie graduated from the University of Iowa with a BFA in Design and went on to receive her Master’s in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her architecture and interior design experience with healthcare has been extensive. Touching base on various arenas of planning, project design development and construction, Leslie’s experience gives her an exceptional understanding of the whole process.
